As an assistant Project Manager, you will assist project managers in the renovation, as well as control and communicate the budget effectively.
You will manage projects using our software system. This means you will spend a good deal of time in the cooridinating projects with others on the team, customers and insurance companies to make sure projects run smoothly.
A customer orientation mindset with great problem solving skills will make you successful in this role.
Work directly with homeowners, commercial property owners, sub-contractors, technicians and many others during each project.
This position involves monitoring project plans, schedules, collections, and ensuring that project deadlines are met and communicated appropriately.

Continuously work to ensure compliance with all Paul Davis processes, policies, better business practices, and
in accordance with the laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which Paul Davis Restoration operates.
Maintain focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
Assist other team members when needed and foster a positive working relationship with other departments.
Work alongside our Project Managers and Estimators to facilitatecollaboration and communication during the restoration of residential and commercial projects.
Work closely with the Project Managerss to ensure that all documents and administrative matters relative toactive job flow
Handle correspondence with insurance providers and property owners.
Follow all program and TPA guidelines.
Assist in the coordination of all Tradesmen.
Review all estimates pertaining to the restoration portion of the assigned jobs and ensure they are loaded into the work management system.
Help meet operational objectives of Sales, Gross Margin, Job Closings and Net Promoter Score.
Track metrics during bi-weekly goal setting and review meetings.
