Position Overview
The Technical Accounting Manager will help lead lease and capital accounting functions.
Responsibilities Of The Technical Accounting Manager
- Participate in month-end close processes.
- Act as contact for third-party audit requests.
- Manage the progress of capital projects.
- Review ASC 842 transactions.
- Work cross functionally with other teams such as real estate and property development.
Qualifications For The Technical Accounting Manager
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- CPA is required.
- ASC 842 experience required.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree is required.
