Are you a Product Mangement Lifecycle expert with Techno / Functional skills?

We are looking for a PLM Solutions Architect or Technical Team Lead with 4+ years of Dassault 3DX Systems experience for a long-term, remote project for one of our Biotech / Pharmaceutical clients.

MUST Have : Dassault Systemes' PLM 3DX platform experience.

The PLM product is called Enovia.

Ideal candidate would have experience as a Project Manager II with analytical skills who can guide the team with a SaaS version of PLM solutions architecture.

Must be strong with on-prem PLM architecture. Must be confident and can communicate on prem PLM architecture with clarity and experience to multiple vendors and functional areas.

Clarity in communication and confidence in the subject matter is required. Will lead technical discussions in a highly matrixed environment.

Will require varying levels of experience of the use of the tool and must be able to work with varying levels of experiences within the functions, team resources, and stakeholders.

This role will be remote and may need to travel to attend PI planning in California 2 times a year.

PLM Consultant

Job duties will include :

• Strategize, plan, and implement various phases of PLM roadmap with a clear focus on eliminating manual workflows, streamlined process, and enabling Digital Tech Transfer using Dassault Systemes’ 3DX platform and integrating with key Amgen platforms.
• Own technology decisions and recommendations. Collaborate with Operations and DTI team to drive excellence in PLM processes, systems, and performance aligned with organizational priorities
• Drive establishment of the strategic enterprise data model for product information
• Partner with Operations team and build one-on-one relationships with key partners to achieve mutual goals and enable Amgen’s Tech Transfer strategy
• Required qualifications : 8 years of experience with 4+ years of Dassault Systems 3DX experience on requirements gathering, solution design, technical / functional implementations, offshore coordination, and customer management skills.
• Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) practices in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries.
• Experience directing solution design, business processes redesign, and software implementation.
• Strong Technical / Functional experience solutioning and supporting applications across Engineering, Tech Transfer and Quality functions.
• Solid depth or breadth of expertise with offerings within the PLM solution landscape.
• Agile / Scrum exp knowledge.
• Occasional travel is required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Preferred qualifications : Conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills with ability to navigate ambiguity, develop frameworks and distill complex information into concise and impactful messages / presentations.
• Experience directing solution design, business processes redesign and software implementation in a drug development clinical and commercialization environment.
• Experience developing solutions in a SaaS PLM platform.
• Understanding of FDA regulations governing computer system validation in biotech manufacturing and laboratory areas.
• Experience in Agile Software Development Methods (e.g., Scrum) Scaled Agile or similar frameworks.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to set the context and present on complex subjects to senior management in clear and concise manner.
