Job Summary : We are seeking a leader to champion our Amazon Advertising Services Accounts. The ever-changing Commerce landscape is evolving at a pace that demands that you must possess adaptability, quick-thinking, and a thirst for rapid-fire learning.

Night Market is at the forefront of defining what (and how) our clients need to succeed and innovate across all facets of commerce, and this individual will be instrumental in supporting and driving the promotion of that mission.

The Night Market Associate Director of Amazon will be responsible for leading the management of Amazon Advertising campaigns and merchandising and logistical operations across Night Market's Client List.

This role will report directly into the VP Commerce Media and will lead the day-to-day Amazon Services on existing clients as well as play an active role in new business pitches when the need arises.

They should be comfortable collaborating and communicating effectively while simultaneously delivering best-in-class work across Amazon Advertising and Seller Programs.

What You'll Do :

• Lead a team of specialists and manage a team of specialists across advertising, merchandising, and catalog management across Amazon Accounts within Night Market
• Collaborate with senior leadership to build company materials : e.g. website, introduction deck, one-sheeters etc
• Provide POV on approach and strategy for new business and client growth efforts
• Monitor trends, tools, opportunities, and applications within digital environments, and appropriately apply that knowledge to campaign strategy and client goals
• Collaborate with VP Commerce Media to build case histories, best practices, white papers

Who You Are :

You will be independent and resourceful in building / nurturing purposeful relationships with various senior leadership at Night Market and Horizon Media.

You will need to have a thorough understanding of Amazon digital metrics and media strategies, as well as a track record of successfully building Amazon Seller programs for clients.

A strong business acumen and superior client service skills are a must.

Experience :

• 5+ years management of and working within Amazon platforms either on brand or agency side.
• Deep understanding of the Amazon Advertising Platform, inclusive of their DSP offerings.
• Experience building, executing and scaling marketing campaigns from concept to completion for both endemic and non-endemic campaigns.
• Experience building and optimizing both display and search campaigns
• Strong analytical skills, be able to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment, have meticulous attention to detail, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Managing a team of specialists across advertising, merchandising, and catalog management.
• This individual needs to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, juggle multiple priorities, and navigate and partner with a large set of internal and external stakeholders.

Certifications : Amazon Retail DSP Certification and Amazon Retail Certification required

Salary Range

$120,000.00 - $135,000.00

A successful applicant's actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure / certifications, and equity.
