About the Position :

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Vice President of Finance to lead our financial operations, combining the key responsibilities of both a Controller and a Treasurer.

This role is ideal for a strategic financial leader who is not only comfortable with high-level financial planning and analysis but also willing to roll up their sleeves and dive into day-to-day financial activities.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing the company's financial resources, optimizing cash flow, mitigating risks, and supporting our strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Proven experience (8+ years) in finance leadership roles, with a strong background in both financial accounting and treasury management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with financial planning and analysis, cash management, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
