Job Overview
The position will be responsible for the management and implementation of the revenue cycle systems, processes and staff and for the control / maintenance, reporting / analysis and accounting of revenue, procedures and policies within the Revenue Cycle and Clinical operations;
Will manage a team of A / R Data Entry Coordinators and other staff including the corporate cashier and Medical Coders; Responsible for the overall analysis and reporting of revenue cycle activities and streams to support various business strategies and the management of Key Performance Indicators.
Minimum Requirements
1. High school graduate with some college coursework required. Bachelor’s Degree in Health, Human Sciences, Statistical Sciences or Computer Science preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years experience required in Healthcare Decision Support, Data Analysis Technology, Project Management Tools.
3. Minimum of 2 years experience required with external Healthcare reporting, i.e., UDS, OSHPD, etc.
