Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items with precision and adherence to recipes and plating guidelines.
- Ensure that all dishes leaving the kitchen meet the highest quality and presentation standards.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to organize and set up stations for service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple orders simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely and efficient food preparation
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations, with a focus on maintaining a clean and organized work area
