A company is looking for a Senior Generalist, People & Culture for a 12+ month temporary position.Key Responsibilities : Provide guidance and coaching to leaders and employees on HR fundamentals, employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and retentionMaintain compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal standards while promoting an ethical work environmentSupport HR processes such as onboarding, compensation, performance management, and immigration proceduresRequired Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience;
Master's degree is a plusMinimum 5 years of HR experience with expertise in employee lifecycle, training, compensation, benefits, and data analysisExperience managing immigration workflow and processesKnowledge of US and Canada labor laws and government requirementsProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and HRIS systems; Workday experience preferred
