Requirement(s) :
- Must pass a criminal background investigation, pre-employment physical, and drug test.
- Must obtain and maintain a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Examples of work performed (illustrative only) :
- Updates water and sewer GIS layers using documents such as work order books, field sketches, maps, as-builts and deeds.
- Provides paper maps, web maps / apps to Public Works staff and consultants using ArcMap and ArcGIS Pro and Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS Online.
- Creates and maintains ArcGIS Online Organization Groups and User accounts.
- Provides pertinent GIS-related information to consultants and staff.
- Generates display mapping for the Department of Public Works and shares information with other City departments using ArcGIS Online or server application, as requested.
- Performs compression of geodatabases located on SQL server.
- Answers phone calls and provides relevant information to the public and customers.
- Assists with minor hardware and software problems in City Works and Dig-Smart Enterprise.
- Maintains and orders supplies for plotter used for mapping projects.
- Performs all related work as required.
