Job Description Summary :
The Program Manager will lead WESTECH’s team managing the U.S. Army’s Enhanced Army Global Logistics Enterprise (EAGLE) Logistics Support Services contract at Schofield Barracks, HI (SBHI).
The Program Manager and their team will ensure the successful planning and execution of logistic support services while adhering to Department of Defense regulations and standards.
The Program Manager will collaborate closely with government representatives and WESTECH corporate staff to drive effective and efficient performance within specified cost and schedule constraints.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide strong leadership and direction to program personnel, ensuring schedule and financial targets are understood and met.
- The Program Manager is the primary point of contact between the customer and WESTECH. Ensuring effective communication is imperative.
- Participate in regular meetings with the customer to understand current and upcoming requirements and potential schedule conflicts.
- Identify and define resource requirements for the program life cycle.
- Ensure adequate resources for maintenance, supply, and transportation needs are available.
- Manage and maintain all training and certification requirements.
- Ensure staff is qualified and well-trained.
- Maintain a comprehensive training database detailing individual requirements.
- Prepare timely and accurate reports on contract cost and performance status.
- Provide monthly program status reports to WESTECH.
General Duties :
- Approve and submit all Contract Deliverable Requirements List (CDRL) documents authored by the SBHI Program Management Office.
- Manage teams across maintenance, supply, and transportation.
- Oversee and manage WESTECH’s responses to both customer and internally generated requirements.
Requirements :
Minimum Requirements :
- Fifteen (15) years of management experience in Army logistics operations
- Experience in financial management for efficient budgeting, resource allocation, and financial oversight.
- Management experience in retail-level supply, maintenance, and asset management.
- Experience negotiating Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) with unions.
- Must hold US Citizenship.
- Hold an active DoD Secret Clearance or be eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance
- Fluent in reading and writing English.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
- Knowledge of Army logistics information systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience with managing multiple program teams.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
