The Staffing Coordinator plays a pivotal role within the Organization, driving the staffing process to ensure
the perfect match between our clinical providers and clients. The Staffing Coordinator will oversee sourcing ofour clinical providers, coordinating case placements, and keeping a tab on provider availability to meet
ever-changing staffing needs. By collaborating closely with the Case Management, Outreach, and Recruitment teams, the Staffing Coordinator plays an important role in ensuring our clients receive quality care, while maximizing the potential of our provider pool.
RESPONSIBILITIES (Include, but are not limited to) :
Oversee the full staffing cycle and case placement for providers, based on availability, level of
experience, credentials, and other important factors.
Source candidates through various company platforms, optimizing the pool of qualified candidates to
improve staffing efficiency and deliver quality care to clients.
Work to identify suitable providers, communicate relevant case opportunities, and coordinate
placements with the Case Management team.
Regularly send email updates to providers to inform them of available cases, maintaining ongoing
communication to ensure proper placement.
- Engage with providers seeking case opportunities to ensure they are appropriately staffed.
- Collaborate with Outreach Specialists to expand services in specific regions by sharing information
about provider availability, enabling the acceptance of more clients in those areas.
- Collaborate with the Recruitment team to communicate recruitment needs.
- Ensure that candidates assigned to cases are fully prepared for their first session.
- Maintain an updated pool of candidates with their updated availability and staffing needs to
enable efficiency in the staffing process.
Thoroughly record and document all interactions and correspondence with providers, and ensure that
necessary recordkeeping is maintained by the staff.
Participate in team meetings and integrate suggestions that are provided for the betterment of the
department.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, uphold ethical and professional standards, client
confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and comply with all relevant local, state, and federal laws regarding
case management provision.
