The Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is looking for a Temporary / Seasonal Full Time Guest Room Attendant Self inspector who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha.
The Guest Room Attendant reports to the Director of Housekeeping and is responsible for the cleaning of all guest rooms & suites, which includes bathrooms, bedrooms, living space, balconies and in some cases, pantries and kitchens.
In addition the self inspecting room attendant will be responsible for releasing their rooms to vacant clean inspected in the system.
We are looking for an energetic, experienced customer service professional with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, have a passion for service and hospitality.
Applicants will be a willing team player, and willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote team work.
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

The hourly pay rate for this position is $29.14 USD.
Responsibilities
Responsible for all guest rooms & suites, which includes bathrooms, bedrooms, living space, balconies and in some cases, pantries and kitchens.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Excellent communication as well as guest contact and organization skills
- Must be able to lift heavy objects.
- Previous experience in a similar environment and customer experience and ability to work effectively under pressure
- Service Passion
- Requires attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
