Pay Range : $70 - $80 Per Hour on W2

Job Summary :

This role focuses on fostering seamless collaboration among UX, Engineering, and Product Management teams to drive user-centered design processes and operational excellence. The candidate will play a critical role in decision-making, requirements gathering, and aligning product requirements across cross-functional teams. It involves acting as a pivotal bridge to ensure understanding and planning for interdependencies, driving feature development, and establishing scalable processes for UX excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with UX team for requirements gathering, resource allocation, and coordinating teams.

Drive operational excellence to deliver high trust and execution levels.

Ensure seamless collaboration and user-centered design processes.

Align stakeholders and product requirements across cross-functional teams.

Develop and implement scalable processes for UX team to deliver innovative solutions.

Must-Have Skills :

UX Expertise : Strong grasp of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability principles.

Program Management Skills : Experience managing complex projects with Agile or other methodologies.

Communication : Excellent skills in facilitation and stakeholder management.

Preferred : Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma) and project management software (e.g., JIRA).

Industry Experience :

Experience in technology or product development sectors is preferred.
