We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team and contribute expertise to ensure optimal functioning of heating, cooling and refrigeration systems! The HVAC Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in residential and commercial properties.
To be an effective HVAC Tech, the candidate needs to be skilled, hard-working and have outstanding problem-solving abilities.
Physical stamina and strong technical HVAC knowledge are important parts of the successful candidate’s talents.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct installations, repairs, and maintenance of HVAC systems
- Perform equipment repair and placement of equipment as needed
- Troubleshoot HVAC / R systems to identify issues and provide solutions
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed
- Collaborate with property maintenance teams on HVAC related tasks
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose and resolve system malfunctions

Qualifications :
- EPA 608 universal license and valid driver's license required
- Minimum of 3 years working experience with a service team
- Previous experience working with HVAC / R and refrigeration & ice machine experience required
- Organized & detailed oriented with a mechanical aptitude for designing solutions and problem-solving complex issues
- Knowledge or property maintenance practices
- Ability to maintain and service HVAC systems effectively
