Job Title : Sr. ServiceNow Platform Developer
Job Type : W2
Experience : 8 to 12 years
Location : San Jose, CA (Remote)
We are seeking a skilled Sr. ServiceNow Platform Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform to meet our business needs.
They should have a strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, configuration, and development best practices.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Service Catalog, and Service Portal.
- Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.
- Develop custom applications, workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts within ServiceNow.
- Perform platform upgrades, patches, and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Conducted code reviews, troubleshot issues, and provided technical support for ServiceNow solutions.
- Stay current with ServiceNow releases, new features, and industry best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and standards.
- Should be at least CAD certified.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
