Job Summary
We are seeking a Cleaner to join our team! As a Cleaner, you will be tasked each day with cleaning vacant houses between residents.
You will be spending time on ladders, lifting heavy objects, and moving from room to room. The ideal candidate works well independently, has a great eye for detail, and enjoys working indoors.
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean appliances, plumbing fixtures, baseboards, floors, fans, bathrooms, windows, light fixtures, etc.
- Safely use chemical cleaners and cleaning equipment to produce an optimal result
- Cleaners are responsible for their own cleaning supplies
Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work on your feet all day, often lifting, twisting, and bending
- The ability to work well independently and within a team
- Strong customer service skills
