Risk Manager

Full-Time

The Risk Manager assists the Director of PI / Risk Management with daily risk / liability activities including review and reporting of incident reports, follow up on case reviews, data entry of daily incident reports and reviewing documentation to complete incident investigations.

This role is responsible for completing investigation documentation and forwarding documentation to Corporate Risk Management.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION : Bachelor’s degree is in health related field is required. A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a psychiatric setting with the ability to evaluate consumer records is required.

Experience in quality management activities in an acute hospital and Residential setting is preferred.
