The Project Analyst Restaurant Technology , is responsible for gathering and defining requirements for technology solutions for Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen (PLK) Americas.

We are looking for a focused and detail-oriented candidate, excited to help us define and drive new initiatives and innovations for our restaurants and our brand.

A successful candidate partners with various teams in defining and executing the direction of assigned restaurant technology initiatives.

This role will be responsible for gathering and defining requirements, project execution, ensuring requirement alignment across the business, and identifying changes required in business and technology processes.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Supporting assigned technology initiatives to ensure operational priorities are identified, validated, optimized, and communicated to various stakeholders including cross-functional team members, vendor partners, and field teams.
• Ensure assigned projects and requirements are inclusive of all technology needs, regardless of the party responsible for execution.
• Soliciting feedback from cross-functional partners.
• Technical Solution Design
• Data analysis.
• Ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

The successful candidate will have :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Operations Management, related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of overall experience in data analysis, gathering requirements, and project execution.
• 3+ years of overall experience in a technical solutions delivery setting.
• 3+ years of overall experience in the restaurant operations and high level understanding of restaurant systems and technology .

Candidates with QSR experience will be prioritized

• Have current, working knowledge of the foodservice industry and current challenges
• Have experience working with Restaurant Technology platforms such as POS, Labor Scheduling Tools, and Back of House Experience delivering POS solutions to support restaurant operations is required.
