We are seeking a dynamic Clinical Business Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new sales leads, developing business relationships, and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions in the clinical field.

Responsibilities :
- Sales and Marketing : Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
- Customer and Personal Service : Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business needs.
- Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Utilize knowledge of market trends and sales techniques to present innovative ideas and solutions to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that requirements are met.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in life sciences or medical devices, or related industry.
- Ability to negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high-quality standards while working under pressure.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and project requirements.
