The Chick-fil-A Truett’s Grill is dedicated to serving our guests not just a one-of-a-kind chicken sandwich but also a one-of-a-kind service experience in a quick service environment.

Most fast food restaurants barely go the first mile with their food & service, but we desire to always go the second mile.

Truett’s Grill is extra special because we offer heritage food items that Truett Cathy served at his original restaurant (started in 1946), as well as some southern favorites like macaroni & cheese, fried okra, green beans, and other delicious sides and food items.

We also offer our signature full-service section of the restaurant where guests can eat their favorite Chick-fil-A and Truett’s Grill products while being cared for by a server and dining on china.

We consider each role at Truett’s Grill as more than just a job; it’s an opportunity. No experience is required for our entry- level team members, and we will train you to offer world-class service to our guests or how to cook our delicious menu items, including our signature hand-breaded chicken.

No Experience Is Necessary We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a warm welcome
• Assist Guests with questions about the menu
• Enter order accurately in iPOS and clarify order details
• Repeat order with meal name to ensure order accuracy
• Relay order total to guest
• Receive payment
• Give guest clear direction to the next stop of their journey

No Experience Necessary. We will teach you everything else you need to know!

• Must be at least 14 years of age upon hire date
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have a reliable source of transportation
• Ability to navigate shelving both high and low
• Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
• Mobility required during shifts
• Must work well under pressure
• Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
• Ability to lift objects up to 10-15 pounds.
