Job Overview :
As a Customer Solutions Advocate, your role involves coordinating and overseeing activities related to evaluating existing customer equipment and offering innovative solutions to technical issues.
This includes suggesting equipment, troubleshooting, and resolving technical problems reported by customers.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct on-site field visits to gather data, collaborate with customers on potential solutions, and oversee equipment installations.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues reported by customers, conducting thorough analysis and providing effective solutions.
- Collaborate closely with customers to ensure clear communication, timely reporting, and high-quality service.
- Ensure that all new or modified equipment installations meet industry standards, company guidelines, and customer requirements.
- Review performance reports and customer documentation, inspecting malfunctioning equipment to identify issues.
- Analyze inspection reports to pinpoint the root cause of problems and recommend appropriate repairs, replacements, upgrades, or corrective actions.
- Coordinate problem resolution efforts with Field Service, Engineering, and other departments to expedite service.
- Maintain detailed records of reports and submit them to the Field Service Supervisor.
- Provide recommendations to the Field Service Supervisor regarding recurring equipment issues to prompt corrective action in design, production, or service processes.
- Demonstrate regular attendance, punctuality, and flexibility in working on-site and overtime as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, customers, vendors, and management, displaying professionalism and respect.
- Handle multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment and contribute positively to the department's operations.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (minimum three years) in a related field.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
