Wimmer Solutions is looking for a Planner PM to join our client's growing team.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

• Develop and maintain a project portfolio encompassing all ongoing and upcoming initiatives, regularly assessing and tracking the status and phase of each project.
• Create / manage project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Engage in activities such as whiteboarding, storyboarding, sketching, and designing.
• Create and maintain project schedules, using tools such as Microsoft Project or similar software.
• Monitor and manage project budgets and $ value / savings ensuring financial efficiency.
• Communicate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular project reviews and audits.
• Implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and logs.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Planning and Presentation skills : Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, etc), PowerPoint or similar tools to create visually appealing and informative presentations that effectively communicate key messages.
• Organizational Skills : Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Communication Skills : Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail in all tasks, ensuring accuracy and quality in presentations, reports, and other deliverables.
• Initiative : Proactive approach to work, taking the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement, suggest innovative ideas, and contribute to the success of the team.
• Team Collaboration : Capacity to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues from various departments and disciplines to achieve common goals.

Must be able to work for a US based company without requiring visa sponsorship.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Hourly contract rate range of $45.00 to $65.00 based on experience and qualifications, as well as geographical market and business considerations.
