We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Manager to lead a team in our Title and Registration department.
In this role, you will oversee a group of processors and supervisors, guiding them in their daily operations. Your key responsibilities will include developing departmental strategies, managing staffing, and providing performance updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
Additionally, you will handle special projects to enhance team efficiency. Your primary objective will be to ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds our quality, productivity, and service goals.
Schedule : Monday - Friday 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm
Pay : Based on Experience
What will you be doing?
- Oversee daily operations of the Title & Registration department to achieve quality, productivity, and service targets.
- Develop and implement departmental strategies, planning, and budgeting activities.
- Recruit, train, and maintain adequate staffing levels to support operational needs.
- Deliver regular presentations and reports on performance metrics and trends to clients and upper management.
- Identify and solve operational issues promptly to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Foster business growth by understanding client needs, maintaining positive relationships, and effectively communicating product value.
- Provide timely feedback and coaching to team members.
- Perform general office administration tasks, including responding to inquiries, providing support, and overseeing team timecards.
- Resolve client complaints and enhance processes to prevent future issues.
- Promote a company culture that values high performance and morale among team members.
- Inspire and motivate team members to surpass company objections.
- Foster accountability among team members by recognizing achievements and providing constructive feedback as needed.
- Demonstrate the ability to develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track and measure progress toward business objectives.
- Capable of managing performance against a scorecard, ensuring alignment with key metrics and organizational goals.
- Proven experience in managing to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring timely delivery and adherence to agreed-upon performance standards.
- All other duties assigned by management.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Title & Registration and / or Customer Service.
- Previous experience in the automotive or transportation industry preferred.
- Proven leadership experience is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-stress environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members.
- Experience with client relationship building and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, and comfortable with general office equipment.
- Well versed with interviewing.
