You would be in a unique position to drive create standardizeand roll out HR operations policies programs and growth metrics.

You can rock this position ifyou have 5 to 7 years of progressive HR Generalist experience anability and proven track record of getting things done areselfmotivated (this is a oneperson team) and the drive to be partof a creative fun and employeecentered organization.
We are lookingfor someone who has multiple location oversight and is willing totravel 20% to 25%. Your travel time will be onsite in some of thebiggest music industry towns Nashville Austin and Houston.

We arelooking for a Bachelor’s degree in Human ResourcesBusiness Administration or related field. PHR SPHR SHRMCP orSHRMSCP Certification are preferred.
