Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Tradesman who can confidently navigate all trades within the construction process.

From carpentry to plumbing, electrical work, tiling, flooring, to drywall our ideal candidate is a jack-of-all-trades with the ability to deliver outstanding results on every project from beginning to end.

Responsibilities :

• Execute all phases of the construction process with precision and expertise from start to finish.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing guidance and education on the construction process.
• Solve problems efficiently and adapt to challenges as they arise.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure the highest quality workmanship.
• Keep pace with the fast-paced nature of the home services industry.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in all trades related to construction.

Compensation : $30.00 per hour

The 800+ Craftsmen who represent our Brand are the heart and soul of our turn-key, white-glove home repair, maintenance, and improvement service.

They are skilled and experienced in many trades, but their professionalism and attention to detail is what sets them apart from others who work in the industry.

Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customers folks truly appreciate our high level of service, and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name.
