  • Prospect like a pro : 50-75 daily activities are your fuel. Cold calls, in-person visits, strategic emails - leave no stone unturned in your pursuit of new business.
  • Close with confidence : Secure $5,000-10,000 in new janitorial contracts monthly. Your tenacity and persuasive prowess will be the key.
  • Build the pipeline : Set 3-5 building surveys weekly and convert those opportunities into closed deals.
  • Embrace the grind : This isn't a 9-to-5 desk job. We need a self-starter hungry to hit the streets, work the phones, and out-hustle the competition.

Requirements

Proven B2B Hunter : 3+ years outside B2B sales experience, with a recent track record of crushing quotas (105%+ of sales goal for two consecutive years).

  • Territory Trailblazer : A natural prospector with a knack for identifying and developing new opportunities. You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and build a territory from the ground up.
  • CRM Champion : Highly organized and data-driven, you'll leverage our CRM system to track leads, manage pipelines, and close deals with precision.
  • Sales Training Enthusiast : Formal sales training (, Sandler, President's Club, Dale Carnegie) is a plus, demonstrating your commitment to continuous learning and growth.
  • Short-Cycle Closer : Experienced in closing quick B2B sales, you're adept at building rapport, overcoming objections, and sealing the deal.
  • Dynamic Personality : Outgoing, energetic, and resilient. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love the challenge of the hunt.
