WestPoint Financial Group is seeking a Receptionist / Office Manager to join their Indianapolis, IN office.
WestPoint Financial Group, a financial services firm, is looking for a receptionist to support the seamless operation of the firm's reception area, conference rooms, mail and kitchen areas, and to assist with various administrative tasks as requested.
This is an entry-level position, ideal for candidates with relevant work experience and who demonstrate appropriate professional demeanor in a busy office environment.
The successful candidate must be detail-oriented, skilled in multi-tasking, focused on customer service and a team player.

This position is Full-Time, Monday through Friday, in the office.
Responsibilities :
- Greet and announce visitors in a friendly, welcoming manner;
- Answer incoming calls and direct to the appropriate party;
- Maintain coffee bar and lobby;
- Maintain break room;
- Schedule conference rooms as requested;
- Notify building management of maintenance requests;
- Distribute incoming mail and packages (both USPS and UPS);
- Post agency outgoing mail and prepare UPS packages daily;
- Prepare and send brokerage and any district / detached mail as appropriate;
- Maintain office machinery and supplies (including postage meter and photocopier);
- Order and track all office supplies and marketing materials;
- Track agent / agency charges utilizing appropriate spreadsheets
- Process basic customer service requests including address changes and form distribution;
- Print and assemble life and disability policies;
- Work with WPFG personnel in coordination of tasks; and
- Various administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent telephone skills
- Strong interpersonal communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Must be detail-oriented and proactive
