Formula Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated Patient Experience Coordinato r to lead our front desk and be the cornerstone of our organization.
As the ideal candidate, you will orchestrate our administrative hub, handling a diverse range of tasks to ensure the seamless operation of our practice.
Your role as the initial point of contact is not just significant it's pivotal. You'll be the warm and welcoming face that greets our clients and sets the tone for their experience with us.
Delivering exceptional customer service is at the core of this role. We're not merely searching for someone to answer phones and manage paperwork;
we're looking for a personality that shines through in every interaction. Handling surprises and emergencies with poise and efficiency is all in a day's work.
In our fast-paced environment, the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining composure under pressure is an absolute must.

Responsibilities :
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon their arrival at the office. Direct visitors to the appropriate person or office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone / email.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Order front office supplies and maintain inventory stock.
- Update calendars and schedule appointments.
Skills :
- Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Knowledge of insurance billing.
- Background in medical terminology.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or in a similar role.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Resourcefulness and proactivity when addressing issues.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Exceptional multitasking and time-management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks.
- Customer service-oriented attitude.

Education :
High school or equivalent
Experience :
- 2 year of customer service experience preferred
- 2 year of medical terminology experience strongly preferred
Work Location :
- All duties and responsibilities will be conducted in person at our facility.
