The Position :
Prospective candidate will perform functions consistent with an entry to mid-level professional engineer responsible for all aspects of structural design for a variety of project types.
Responsibilities :
- Structural Calculations
- Overall Drawing Production including Quality Control
- Shop Drawing Review
- Coordination with Contractors & Design Teams
- Site Visits & Inspections
- Overseeing a Project from Conception to Completion with Project Manager / Principal Oversight
Skills / Position Requirements :
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
- E.I.T. Certification Required / Working Toward Obtaining P.E. License
- 1-5 Years of Structural Engineering Experience
- Technical Knowledge of : International Building Code, Relevant Design Standards & Construction Means and Methods
- Effective Communication with Clients and Project Manager / Principal
