Overview :
Sentinel Safety & Security Group, LLC is a dynamic strategic ownership group rapidly growing operations in the design, fabrication, installation, and maintenance of commercial fire sprinkler systems.
We are looking to expand our sales team to include a Sales Coordinator / Administrative Assistant in our Appleton, WI corporate office.
The Sales Coordinator / Administrative Assistant will provide support to the Midwest sales team by gathering and reviewing bid data received by general contractors, owners, and developers;
serving as a project facilitator by creating and maintaining bid folders with current and accurate information; and providing administrative support to the sales team.

Sales Coordinator / Administrative Assistant Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the sales team on preparing presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Act as company liaison for outside industry associations and organizations the Company has affiliation with.
- Conduct market research regarding industry trends, competitor analysis, and market analytics.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Manage contract flow process ensuring all steps on checklist are implemented and adhered to.
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Review project opportunities received via email, bid solicitation service (Procore, Building Connected, etc.) and confirm bidding status.
- Set up project bid folders complete with all project documentation.
- Attend weekly sales meetings.
- Assist sales team in additional administrative duties as needed.
Sales Coordinator / Administrative Assistant Qualifications :
- Ability to work 100% on-site in Appleton, WI.
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Associate degree in administrative, business, or similar field preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF Editor.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be part of a team as well as work independently and be a self-starter.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
