Job Summary :
- Associate performs quality Diagnostic procedures in an accurate and timely manner.
- He / she operates diagnostic equipment and processes images.
- Associate prepares patient's X-ray room, equipment, supplies and medication as indicated and delivers patient services using various imaging modalities (understands PACS and RIS software).
- Associate practices proper radiation safety techniques on all exams performed.
- He / she maintains a safe environment for patients, visitors, staff and co- workers.
- Supports and helps achieve the departmental and hospital goals.

Requirements :
- No previous experience required.
- Must be registered / eligible by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) within 90 days of hire.
- Must possess Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT).
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Valid Texas Driver's License required only for individuals identified as HMC Designated Drivers
