What you will be doing :
- Draft community association documents includingamendments board resolutions meeting notices and architecturalguidelines.
- Read and analyze Chapter 718Chapter 720 Chapter 617 and other applicable statutes and FloridaAdministrative Codes.
- Remain apprised ofchanges to community association laws case law developments andindustry trends.
- Attend membership meetingsboard meetings and elections.
- Perform legalresearch and analysis to interpret and apply governingdocuments.
- Advise clients on daytoday issuessuch as violations maintenance responsibilities and generalassociation operations.
- Provide support tolitigation team for representing and negotiating on behalf ofclients in adverse proceedings such as presuit mediationarbitration and litigation.
Experience you will need :
- Must be a member of the Florida Bar in goodstanding.
- Wellorganized and efficient with astrong work ethic.
- Excellent written and oralcommunication skills.
- Ability to organizeprioritize and manage deadlines for a large volume ofassignments.
- Responsive and serviceorientedattitude.
- Display sound and practical businessjudgment.
