Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients, applicants and visitors in a courteous manner.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all office supplies are stocked.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with office management tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite is preferred.
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling multiple calls simultaneously is preferred.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
