Join our team as a Commercial Warehouse Manager in Chantilly, VA, US.
Responsibilities include :
- Managing and overseeing company assets and client inventory
- Improving processes for handling goods from receipt to shipping
- Acting as the main point of contact for customers, suppliers, and shipping partners
- Maintaining a well-structured and secure warehouse environment
- Enforcing high standards of organization and safety within the warehouse
Compensation :
$50,000 -$80,000 yearly DOE
Responsibilities :
- Manage company equipment inventory and customer inventories
- Oversee receiving, processing, storing, and distribution of inventory
- Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with the company’s policies and vision
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and transport companies
- Plan facility and racking layout for optimal flow
- Ensure equipment and facilities are in good working order
- Maintain standards of health, safety, and security in the warehouse
Qualifications :
- 3+ years of experience as a warehouse manager
- Proficient in operating forklifts
- Strong communication abilities required
- Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills
- Previous experience working in warehouses
