Warranty Support Specialist

Moss' Warranty Support Specialist reports directly to Warranty Administrators and Project Manager. They will provide support to the warranty department in anything from receiving warranty tickets, reports and updates, field reports to other administrative duties.

This is a fast-paced position which includes collaboration with various teams and the ability to travel if needed and attend various monthly meetings.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides general administrative assistance ensuring efficiency within the daily workflow and operations of the warranty department by working alongside Warranty Administrators / Project Manager and Field Superintendents.
  • Completes operational requirements as assigned by Warranty Administrators / Project Manager or Field Superintendents from receiving warranty requests, daily reports to other administrative duties as needed.
  • Makes travel arrangements, reservations, and processes expense reports as needed.
  • Maintains office supply inventory to include placing, expediting, and stocking of supplies; must be able to lift to 20 pounds.
  • Exhibits polite and effective communication and exercises sound and accurate judgment by including the appropriate people in the decision-making process and displaying a willingness to make decisions.
  • Demonstrates dependability when following instructions, responding to management direction, and completing tasks in a timely manner or notifying appropriate person with an alternate plan.
  • Possess a strong work ethic and exercise a high level of maturity with a positive attitude.
  • Adapts to and deals with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events and asks for help when needed.
  • Displays accuracy and thoroughness in the quality management of their work.
  • Exhibits basic verbal communication skills by listening and getting clarification when necessary and responding well to questions.
  • Demonstrates consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND ABILITY FOR THE POSITION :

  • High school diploma or equivalent education required.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative assistant experience are preferred or experience in construction field or high end residential.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
  • Data Entry
