Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage investment-level detailed Excel models to capture complex capital structures and waterfall calculations.
- Design and analyze sensitivity models for strategic initiatives, providing clear and concise results.
- Calculate quarterly and annual asset and equity valuations and prepare supporting documentation.
- Engage in operational, development, and leasing calls to influence investment strategies.
- Update and prepare quarterly investor communications and reports.
- Draft memorandums for the investment committee.
- Manage documentation related to debt and venture agreements to ensure compliance with covenants and terms.
- Assist the investment team with transaction-related activities such as exits / dispositions, major lease analysis, and recapitalizations.
Qualifications :
- 2 -7+ years of experience in commercial / residential real estate analysis
- Experience underwriting deals
- Advanced Excel skills, you must be able to create models from scratch
- ARGUS EstateMaster software is a plus
