- Opérer / optimiser la machine durant l’usinage et contrôler le produit final;
- Analyser le travail à faire à l’aide du Parasolid, préparer les fichiers, définir la méthode -
- d’usinage et le choix d’outils;
- Créer les programmes pour les machines CNC;
- Effectuer les montages ( set-up ) sur les machines CNC (montage de jig, prise de zéro,
montage d’outils).
Exigences et conditions
- DEP en usinage et / ou ASP contrôle numérique ou expérience équivalente;
- Minimum 2-3 ans d’expérience sur CNC;
- Bonne connaissance avec logiciel FAO (3D serait un atout);
- Aptitude au travail d’équipe et intérêt pour le travail de précision;
- Minutieux, bon jugement, sens de l’observation;
- Bonne perception des formes, des couleurs, des dessins et des plans;
- Grande autonomie et débrouillardise.
