This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.
Responsibilities :
- Exercise planned and exploratory tests to validate software functionality, data warehousing, etc.
- Create documentation for test plans, test charters, risk assessments, etc.
- Design and execute automated tests to ensure fitness and stability of application under test
- Enter bugs / issues / enhancements in tracking system, track status and resolution.
- Contribute ideas towards the enhancement and / or modification of designs to improve the product.
- Troubleshoot problems in collaboration with software developers
Qualifications
- Inquisitiveness, diligence, and humor
- 3-5 years software testing experience
- Experience with SaaS model
- 1+ years testing data warehousing or reporting solutions
- 1+ years' experience with automating testing tools such as Katalon Studio, Selenium, etc.
- Proficient in performance testing.
- Fluency in T- SQL in MS SQL Server
- Experience creating cogent, useful documentation including test plans, test cases, specs, etc.
- Experience with JIRA or similar project management software
