We are recruiting a Field Service Technician in Southern Jersey on behalf of a nationwide, well established rental company.
We are looking for a person that will perform maintenance and repairs on a variety of rental equipment. This includes equipment such as : generators, air conditioners, air cooled chillers, diesel engines, dehumidifiers, and electrical distribution equipment.
Job Duties
- Maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, gas, and diesel systems on a variety of rental and customer equipment and tools while using a high degree of independent judgment
- Perform loadbank tests and major / minor PMs
- Diagnose and repair all equipment in the rental fleet without supervision utilizing schematics and diagnostic programs
- When required, travel to customer job sites for repair / maintenance of rental or customer owned equipment; must maintain service vehicle in a clean and professional manner
- Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts
