Job Summary

The Project Coordinator plays an important role in utilizing and optimizing technology and software resources, process documentation, and fine tuning of the processes within the Construction Project Management (CPM) team at Astound.

The Project Coordinator will report and monitor the efficiency and performance of current CPM operations while continually looking for opportunities for improvement.

This position will provide support and guidance to ensure quote team implements business plans while maximizing SE's / Sales and employees' satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

Provide guidance to all levels of CPM team regarding processes, procedures and reporting

Act as administrator for departmental software, including SharePoint, Tableau, B2W and Sugar

Monitor implementation of project improvement systems to improve activity reporting and productivity

Verify all reports are updating regularly and with correct information, including PST and Tableau

Maintain digital records for various processes, contractors, and teams

Keep all process documents updated as changes occur

Assist with development of training programs as required

Any other duties and projects as assigned by manager

Assist in training and support for Project Coordinator I

Other duties as assigned

Requirements / Qualifications

Education : High school diploma or equivalent

Experience :

3+ years of project coordination experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

Strong Microsoft Office skills required; experience with GIS or mapping software preferred.

Ability to track and analyze data.

Strong critical-thinking, attention to detail and time management skills are required.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

Ability to communicate effectively with peers, Boundary partners and leadership and to provide status updates as needed.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment without supervision.

Valid driver's license and auto insurance with a satisfactory driving record required.

Base Salary : The base salary range in Washington for this position is $32.00 / hr - $36.00 / hr, plus opportunities for bonus, benefits and commission, if applicable.

The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities.

It is specific to Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.
