Job Title : Senior Project Manager
Location : Washington, DC - Onsite
Duration : 12+ months contract
The ideal candidate has experience managing and tracking program progress against the project plan in an enterprise environment, PMP Certification, and 3+ years of Agile / SCRUM Experience, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing(UAT).
Experience required :
- Proven working experience with large complex IT projects.
- Proven working experience with Agile Scrum project management methodology, including but not limited to experience with sprints, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing(UAT).
- Good leadership and decision-making skills.
- Resourceful with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team and get along with different personality types.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
- Proven flexibility and adaptability while staying organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.
- Expert knowledge of office programs and project management software.
Must have :
- 3+ Years of Agile / SCRUM Experience
- 11-15 Years developing project scopes and plans
- 11-15 Years managing and tracking program progress against the project plan in an enterprise environment
- 11-15 Years preparing status reports
- 11-15 Years experience with MS Project or similar project planning software
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
