Job Title : CI Supply Management Specialist
Location : Waterloo, IA
Pay Rate : $30 / hr on W2
Duration : 12 Months
Note : This will be a 1st shift position (7 : 00 am to 3 : 30 pm) with no anticipated overtime.
Job duties :
- This role will manage and implement urgent supplier resourcing projects related to capacity to ensure consistent supply to Waterloo.
- This role will also support day to day activities related to prototype requests and / or spot buys to support Continuous Improvement and resourcing efforts.
- This role is responsible for continuous improvement workflow tasks supporting change within Waterloo Tractor.
Requirements :
- Ability to investigate, own, and resolve complex and often ambiguous problem statements and drive to resolution.
- Demonstrated Project Management skills
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to create and maintain new relationships internally with other functions and externally with the supply base to meet team objectives
- Self-starter with the ability to gather data and other inputs to make decisions and take action.
- BA in Business MGMT, Supply Chain, or another related field
Stands Out :
- SAP Experience
- Experience creating dashboards and other visual reporting tools (Power BI / Data Analytics / Sharepoint / Etc)
