Fitness Together is not your typical gym, it’s a personalized, premium, one on one wellness solution. Our Personal Trainers create a welcoming environment in our 1 : 1 training suites, where clients are empowered to take back their health so they can have the energy to do what they love.
Fitness Together® Newton is looking for a Personal Trainer who is passionate about coaching the other personal trainers on the team to continuously improve their knowledge and skills.
Fitness Together® Personal Trainers genuinely care about making a difference in the lives of clients and take pride in their work by providing an exceptional client experience that leaves a lasting impact.
They empower commitment by holding clients accountable to their goals, and constantly go above and beyond to encourage progress over perfection.
In addition, the Personal Trainer Lead is responsible for assisting the Studio Manager with recruitment, hiring and training new Personal Trainers on the Fitness Together® client experience.

- Create unique, memorable and personal experiences for clients
- Always maintain a space of cleanliness and ensure a safe and accident-free environment
- Professionally represent yourself through your appearance, language and behavior
Qualifications
- Degree in Exercise Science or related field preferred
- Certification (NASM, ACSM, or similar level of certification)
- CPR / AED and First Aid Certification
- 1 year of personal training and program design experience preferred
- Preferred experience working with special populations
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Ability to collaborate and thrive in a team environment
- Must have the emotional stamina to be at your best with each client
- Ability to motivate and coach clients, in order to ensure continuous progress
- Ability to motivate, direct, lead a group, and delegate tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions (written and verbal)
