Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Perform high-quality repairs on roofing, siding, windows, and exterior surfaces such as painting and coatings.

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair issues related to roofing, siding, and window installations.-Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining open communication with homeowners and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite, upholding safety standards at all times.-Identify and resolve any issues or repairs promptly to keep projects on schedule.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient job completion and high standards of workmanship.-Provide leadership and guidance to team members when needed.
• Ensure all repairs meet Guardian Home Improvement's quality standards and customer expectations.The ideal candidate should possess : -A minimum of 3 years of experience in roofing, siding, window installation, or related carpentry / repair work.
• High-quality craftsmanship and an eye for detail.-Strong commitment to excellent customer service.-Pride in your workmanship and the ability to meet high standards.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.-Reliability and a strong work ethic.-Ability to work independently and manage projects from start to finish.
