JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Join our Data, Analytics, and Operations (DAO) team as a Marketing Operations Manager, focusing on Funnel Operations, to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across our Digital Media Enterprise business.

Leveraging your technical skills and marketing savvy, you will optimize lead management processes, collaborate with sales and marketing to boost lead conversion rates, and manage key components of our marketing technology stack.

Your role is pivotal in advancing our go-to-market strategies, ensuring seamless data integration, and contributing to our ongoing quest for excellence in customer experience.

• Devise and implement sophisticated lead management strategies to improve lead routing logic across various teams.
• Guarantee optimal operation of marketing tech stack integrations, focusing on systems like LeanData, and resolve technological inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance lead conversion rates throughout the B2B funnel.
• Provide comprehensive understanding and documentation of lead flow processes to support team enablement.
• Work closely with Sales Operations for optimal use of tools like Outreach.io, and contribute to pivotal transformation projects within the tech and operational domain.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Proven experience in B2B Marketing or Sales Operations.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, ideally with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics experience.
• Strong analytical ability, comfortable with tools like Excel, Tableau, or PowerBi, and able to convert complex data into actionable insight.
