We are seeking an Entry Level HR Assistant / Recruiter to join our team. As an Entry Level Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and attracting top talent to our organization.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about talent acquisition and wants to start their career in recruiting.
Our HR Assistant primary responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Follow up with candidates regarding their documents.
- Verify candidate documents.
- Field inbound calls to the Agency
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Conduct phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with Applicants.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively communicate with candidates, team members.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
