Join a team of IT professionals working on critical ISO New England computer applications. This position will work on a wide variety of applications and technologies in a focused and dynamic team environment.

How you will make an Impact
Day to day development and support of internal and external web based applications on Linux servers written using JAVA and
PL / SQL
- Troubleshoot issues by identifying root cause and develop a plan for problem resolution.
- Utilize the software development life cycle and manage production business processes to resolve software problems and
improvements by writing user change requests and functional specifications
- Design, program, implement code, test, install and configure applications
- Work in a team environment to support user and other technical staff
- Learn ISO-NE business processes and adhere to ISO-NE software and change management and IT standards
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Technical experience working with web based applications support and development on Linux using Java, SpringBoot,
Java script, PL / SQL, JDBC
- Experience working with Unix systems and shell scripting.
- Familiarity with GIT, Jenkins, and CI / CD pipeline concepts and tools
- Demonstrated competency in system analysis and issue investigation and resolutions is required
- Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years' experience in programming in web technologies
- Understanding of relational databases preferably Oracle and Postgres
- Experience in application software development, software engineering, configuration management, and programming in a
distributed environment
Desired Not Required
- Experience working in an applications support environment
- Understanding of Agile development
- Experience deploying and supporting applications in AWS
