Job Title : Service Desk Specialist
Location : Auburn, WA (100% on-site)
Contract Duration : 4 months (with potential for extension and / or full-time conversion based on performance)
Pay Rate : Up to $28 / hr
Shifts Available :
- Saturday - Wednesday, 6am - 2 : 30pm
- Saturday - Wednesday, 2pm - 10 : 30pm

Job Description :
We are seeking a Service Desk Specialist with 1-2+ years of experience to join our client’s team. This role is crucial in maintaining high-quality customer service and technical support in a 24 / 7 environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide hardware, software, and network support primarily via phone.
- Solve technology operational and application problems.
- Assess customer needs and troubleshoot issues to ensure technical excellence and patient safety.
- Act as a central point of contact and escalation for customer needs related to personal computers, peripherals, software, network, and system needs.
- Work under supervision and be flexible to support various shifts in a 24 / 7 environment.
Minimum Requirements :
Experience :
- 2 years in a technical customer service environment involving support or installation of software and hardware.
- High-volume inbound call experience (30-50 calls / resolves per day) from either a customer service or IT perspective.
Education / Licenses / Certifications :
- A+ Certification or equivalent certifications.
- AA in healthcare or computer science preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred.
- Technical school classes in technology are a plus.
Skills :
- Strong understanding of the incident management process, system monitoring, and alert management.
- Comfortable with written and verbal communication and responding quickly.
- Experience in an ITIL-aligned organization with a mature environment is preferred.
Nice to Have :
Experience from a service operations team, particularly with monitoring systems.
