Jr Project Manager - Medical Affairs

• Description : *
• Collaborate with medical directors for the operational execution of advisory boards, including interfacing with Compliance and outside vendors, developing and submitting appropriate compliance documentation, and tracking follow-up reporting requirements with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) and vendors to assure all compliance guidelines are adhered to.
• Develop and implement tools for tracking and communication of Medical Affairs plans, tactics and budgets (e.g. timelines, trackers, dashboards)
• Manage content management systems (e.g. Sharepoint Online) as repository for Medical Affairs program documentation and collaboration
• Assist Director of MA Project Management in a variety of cross-functional initiatives (e.g. meeting planning, budgeting, ad hoc projects, etc.)
• Work cross-functionally to represent Medical Affairs in corporate initiatives for timeline and milestone tracking*Qualifications : *
• 3+ years of experience in Project or Program Management
• Proficient understanding or knowledge of Project Management software (e.g. Smartsheets, Planisware, PowerBI)
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written); exhibits professional maturity, confidence and competence
• Action oriented
• Adept at planning and organizing
• Proficient understanding of enterprise content management systems (e.g. Sharepoint) is desirable
• Experience in the Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, or other Healthcare-related field highly preferred
