The Rahway's BEST After School Program and Summer Camp is now hiring a director who can oversee the day-to-day operations of our program! Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordinating activities, managing schedules, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
Our motto is "We are the BEST!" This means that we have the best kids, the best company, and of course, the BEST instructors / coaches! We offer paid training, free uniforms, Free Taekwondo, Free Childcare for 20 hr+ employees (ages 5-12 yrs), and much more!
To qualify for our amazing team, you must meet the following requirements :
- Must have a clean criminal background and pass a background screening.
- Must be over the age of 18.
- Sports, Arts, and / or martial arts background preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have or be willing to get CPR / First Aid Certification.
- Must be Drug and Tobacco Free.
- Must be enthusiastic and have a positive attitude for success!
- Must have access to a smartphone or computer for regular email communication.
- Must be willing to work at least 1 Saturday a month and all of our 8 major events.
This awesome job will have up to 20 - 30 hours per week, depending on the season, with a pay rate between $16-$18 per hour.
